SMS Communications Consent
Synergy Medical Staffing (“we,” “us,” or “our”) may send SMS text messages to healthcare professionals who are employed through or registered with Synergy Medical Staffing.
How We Obtain Consent
Prior to sending any SMS messages, we obtain explicit written consent through one or more of the following methods:
- Signed onboarding or employment agreement that includes SMS authorization language
- Digital opt-in form submitted during the candidate registration or onboarding process
The consent language provided reads:
“I authorize Synergy Medical Staffing to contact me via SMS for timecard submissions, payroll confirmations, job opportunity notifications, and work-related communications. Message and data rates may apply. I may reply STOP at any time to opt out.”

- Timecard submission requests and confirmations
- Payroll and assignment updates
- Job opportunity notifications matching your specialty and preferences
- Compliance and onboarding reminders
- Check-in messages during active assignments
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on assignment status. You may receive several messages per week during active assignments.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply
UNSTOP.
